PRE-ORDERS
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions
("Terms") govern the placing of preorders ("Pre-Order") with VIORLA ALLURE (“we" " us" or “VIORLA “ALLURE) for our products and other accessories ("Products").
Pre-orders are items that are not available and/or are currently sold-out in our store. A pre-order is placing orders in advance of stock being received by VIORLA ALLURE and requires a full payment up front. Once received in our facility, only then can we can begin processing orders between the dates mentioned. Please be aware that these dates are ESTIMATED and subject to change. By placing a pre-order with VIORLA ALLURE, you acknowledge that you are willing to wait for the item(s). We will make every attempt to provide you with an update on the pre-order’s status, should an extended delivery date be anticipated. Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any VIORLA ALLURE Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
Pre-Order Reservation
When placing a Pre-Order for VIORLA ALLURE products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information.
You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. VIORLA ALLURE shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information.
Payment
You will be charged the full price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order.
Note when placing your order: If you place an order that includes pre-order items and in-stock items, your order will not ship until the pre-ordered items are prepared. If you need your in-stock items shipped immediately, please keep pre-order item and in-stock item purchases separate.
