Regular Shipping and Processing Time: 

We strive to process and ship your order promptly. Our current processing time for In-Stock/Ready To Ship products is 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as order volume.

Pre-Order and Processing Time:

Estimated Shipping Time:

Once your order is processed after payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances or carrier delays. 

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a second confirmation e-mail to include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. The shipping cost is determined based on factors such as the destination, shipping method, and the weight or dimensions of the package. We do not control the variables of shipping costs determined by carriers.

International Shipping:

We currently offer shipping exclusively within the United States. We look forward to offering shipping to Canada & other countries in the near future.

Address Accuracy:

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Carrier Responsibility:

Once the carrier picks up your package from our warehouse, VIORLA ALLURE relinquishes responsibility for any issues that may arise during the transit and delivery process. In the event of non-delivery or any delivery-related concerns, customers must contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. Lost, damaged, or stolen packages will not be replaced by VIORLA ALLURE.

Note When Placing Your Order:

Please note, that if you place an order that includes both pre-order products and in-stock products, your order will not ship until the pre-ordered products are prepared. If you need your in-stock items shipped immediately, please keep pre-order and in-stock product purchases separate.
