 Product Use & Guidelines

VIORLA ALLURE hair extensions are designed as a gentle alternative to daily heat styling and/or a way to preserve and enhance your hair. However, improper use, individual hair sensitivities, varying styling methods, and misuse may contribute to hair stress over time. To ensure the best experience, we recommend:

• Clip your extensions just under your hair part to keep it loose on the scalp to prevent unnecessary tension.
• Gently adjust any discomfort in placement to relieve any pressure.
• If pulling or tugging occurs, un-clip and re-clip until it's no longer pulling or tugging and you've achieved a comfortable fit.
• Wear a silk / satin scarf or bonnet to reduce friction and help keep your hair secure while sleeping, preventing hanging or shifting.

• VIORLA ALLURE is not responsible for any hair loss, breakage, or scalp irritation resulting from improper application, tension, or individual sensitivities.
• Users assume full responsibility for their personal hair care practices when using our products.
• If you experience discomfort or any scalp concerns, discontinue use and consult a professional.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 72 hours of receiving your order.

4. Product Care & Maintenance

To ensure longevity and optimal performance, we recommend:

• Storing hair extensions and hair care products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Gently hand-washing and air drying when needed.
• Inspecting clips for durability before every install. 
• Replacing broken clips or hair care products every six months for best results.

5. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• VIORLA ALLURE is not liable for any damages, injuries, or hair-related concerns that arise from improper use, personal sensitivities, or failure to follow instructions.
• We do not provide medical or professional hair advice. If you have concerns, please consult a licensed hair professional.
