Our hair products are personal and intimate items. Once they are shipped, we cannot guarantee their hygienic integrity if returned. This is critical, as these products are in direct contact with skin and hair. We cannot assure hygiene regulations once the items have left our facility. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws. No exceptions will be made.
