All VIORLA ALLURE extensions come secured and sealed. Orders cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. For the safety of all of our clients, we are strict regarding our no return, no exchange policy. VIORLA ALLURE Luxury Extensions and Hair Care are hygienic products. We can not assure hygiene regulations once the items have left our facility. We take matters of hygiene and public safety very seriously. This is according to Regulated Hygiene Laws. No exceptions will be made. Our packaging is clear and you can see the color without needing to open it. You may also purchase a color ring or a sample of the color (if applicable and subject to availability). Contact our customer care regarding questions with color matching.
Absolutely no exchanges, refunds, or returns of packages are permitted.
Products sent back will be returned to sender.
SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen from your residence, you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not replaced by us. If you have a pre-order item, please refer to our pre-order policy regarding shipping.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped to include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
Note when placing your order: If you place an order that includes pre-order items and in-stock items, your order will not ship until the pre-ordered items are prepared. If you need your in-stock items shipped immediately, please keep pre-order item and in-stock item purchases separate.
